Original Wisconsin Ducks
Duck Drivers
Welcome aboard — and welcome to a huge family of duck drivers past and present! You’ll tour passengers on an 8.5-mile tour of the Dells area, half on land and half on water. Responsibilities include giving an informative, entertaining tour, conducting yourself with poise, professionalism and courtesy, and ensuring the safety of guests through responsible driving and vehicle operation. Ghost Boat
Scare Actors
Scare people and get paid for it! Ghost Boat is Wisconsin Dells’ premier nighttime attraction, inviting visitors to journey up the Wisconsin River by boat and explore Cold Water Canyon on foot. What will they find there? YOU. Ready to scare, to startle, creep out, and terrify. We’ll help you create a character, costume, make-up and role; learn the latest and greatest scare techniques; and set you loose on your victims (aka the public).

Dells Boat Tours
Pilots / Guides
In 1857, Wisconsin Dells saw the first Dells Boat Tour launch into action, and thanks to a combination of amazing scenery and equally amazing DBT employees, it’s been going strong ever since. As a pilot and/or guide, you’ll introduce visitors to Wisconsin Dells’ beauty via our boat, jet boat or specialty trip, providing safe passage, expert piloting and guide service, informative, colorful commentary on the water and shore landings.

Ticket Agents
As a ticket agent, you’ll represent and support our entire family of attractions, providing insight, information, direction and assistance to visitors along with ticket sales, maintaining a wonderful scenic journey for our customers, guiding them through our various attractions, options and packages to get the most value for their money and enjoy the best possible Dells experience.
Office / Admin
As an office staff member, you have a variety of tasks and responsibilities, from providing daily operations and administrative support including reports, guidance and timely information to serving employees and various administrative tasks. If you’re outgoing, an enthusiastic learner, and enjoy building relationships with customers and co-workers, this may be the ideal fit for you.
Mechanics

P.L.A.
Parking Lot Attendant is an entry-level position responsible for lot and building upkeep, assisting guests and attraction management, and directing groups as they arrive at our attractions.
Greasers
Shop assistant / “greaser” is an entry-level position responsible for assisting mechanics and the daily maintenance of ducks. The position also provides an “in-road” to Duck Driver at age 18.
